DCH Files 8-K, Puts Sensors and Fuel Cell Divisions on the Block
(7/12/2002)July 12, 2002–-In an form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange, DCH technology, Inc., reports its Board of Directors has approved the solicitation of offers to purchase its sensors and/or fuel cell divisions.
DCH said the Company must receive offers for the sensors division by the close of business on July 16, 2002; offers for the fuel cell division must be received by the close of business on July 22, 2002.
